ICSA 2026
Mon 22 - Fri 26 June 2026

Call for Contributions

Working sessions are a concrete way at ICSA to foster discussion, debate, and the working nature of the conference. They represent a great opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues, both from Academia and Industry, about the challenges, current research, and future directions of highly relevant and focused areas, relevant to the practice and research of software architecture.

When defining the specific topics of the Working Sessions for ICSA 2026, we will consider both the theme of ICSA 2026 “Architecting in Continuous Software Engineering: Evolving Roles, Enduring Principles”, input from facilitators, as well as the areas for which there is evidence of very high interest from the wider research community. We will also consider ideas from the community.

If you think you have an idea for a working session, please submit your proposal via our EasyChair submission system (2 pages max) outlining:

  • The title of the working session.
  • What the idea is, why it would be good to allocate 90 - 180 minutes of discussion time to it.
  • The connection with the conference and its theme.
  • A brief bio of the facilitators, including their contact. At least two facilitators are required.

  • The deadline to send your proposal for a working session is February 13th, AoE.

Stay tuned! More information will appear here as we get closer to the conference!
