Registration

In order for APLAS to cover cost of running the symposium, we expect each accepted papers to have at least one registration per paper.

Registration Deadline:

• Early Registration: October 20th, 2019

• Late Registration: November 15th, 2019

Early Registration fees:

• Conference (including workshop):

1. Regular Rp 7.000.000,-
2. Student Rp 4.000.000,-

• Workshop only: Rp 3.000.000,-

Late Registration

• Conference (including workshop):

1. Regular Rp 8.500.000,-
2. Student Rp 5.500.000,-

• Workshop only: Rp 4.500.000,-

Note:

• The conference registration covers the lunches on Dec 1st – 4th, the reception on Dec 2nd, and the banquet dinner on Dec 3th.
• The workshop registration covers the lunch on Dec 1st.
• In order to register as a student, you should be a full-time student and send a scanned copy of the student card or a proof of enrollment document to aplas2019@cs.ui.ac.id

Registration details

• APLAS 2019 registration accepts online payment (using credit card) and bank transfer.

• Please use this Registration Form to register for APLAS 2019 and make the payment.

Note:

• Payment must be made in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
