- Onsite fee: 4,000 Swedish Kronas (SEK) for early bird, 5,000 SEK for late
- Online fee: 1,500 SEK for early bird, 2,000 SEK for late

Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference general co-chair - E-mail: miroslaw.staron@gu.se.

Cancellations before the 10th of May do not impose any cancellation fee. After the cancellation deadline, canceling registration costs 1,000 SEK
Liability
The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents, or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
VAT ON FEES - On-site participation
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%). Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country.

VAT ON FEES - Online Participation
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that delegates representing a company or organisation from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee.
If you are from an EU country (Sweden not included) – a valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise, VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards. Click here to see the number structure of each member state. To validate your number before registering, please click here. A VAT number can’t be added afterwards to a confirmed registration.
If you are from a country outside of EU – you can register without a VAT number.
Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.
