Please find below the details related to the EASE 2026 registration options and registration rules.
Types of Registration
You can select any of the following ways to register:
- Main Conference and Workshops : Includes access to all conference tracks and workshop/tutorials/tech-briefing sessions (from June 9th to June 12th), lunches and coffee breaks on all days, drinks reception, one banquet ticket and proceedings.
- Main Conference Only: Includes access to all conference tracks from June 9th to June 11th, lunches and coffee breaks, reception, one banquet ticket and proceedings.
- Workshops: Includes participation in one of the workshops or tutorials at the end of the main conference (June 12th, 2026). Each participant would have access to the lunch and coffee breaks, and the tutorial materials or the workshop proceedings.
- One day pass: This is intended for local attendees who do not otherwise have a paper
Discounted student registration rates are available, but see registration rules on their limitations. However, these do not include the tickets to reception or banquet. Students can either purchase a ticket to the reception and/or banquet (depending upon availability) or they can register for the main conference (all days) using the standard rate.
Registration Rules
EASE 2026 is an in-person conference. Therefore:
- At least one author per accepted paper has to register using the standard registration rate. Ensure that you inform us of the paper you are presenting in the registration form. Student registrations cannot be used for this purpose. This must be completed by 30th April 2026.
- An author of multiple accepted papers in the main conference can receive a 50% discount for the second paper during the registration process. That means full fee for the first paper and 50% less fee for the second paper. No author will be allowed to registered more than 2 papers under delegate’s registration.
- Authors of papers in the main conference and a workshop should register using the standard registration rate for Main Conference and Workshops.
- For papers accepted in any of the workshops or tutorials, “Workshops and Tutorial” registration will suffice, if the participant is not attending the main conference days.
- Student registration in the main conference is sufficient for student participation in the Doctoral Consortium only.
- Students authors may register at student rates if another co-author has registered for a paper accepted in the conference/workshop using standard registration rate. If a student is the sole author registering/attending the conference or workshop for a given paper, the student author must register using the standard registration rate (unless a student in attending the doctoral symposium only).

Cancellation Policy
- In the case of cancellation before May 25th, 2026, 40% of the registration fee will be refunded after receiving a written request supported by evidence of the circumstances out of the control of the delegate.
- No refunded will be provided on or after May 25th, 2026
- No refund will be provided for a registration attached to an accepted paper in the conference and/or workshop unless another co-author has registered for the paper.
- If a visa support letter has been issued, there will be no refund unless there is an evidence of unsuccessful visa application. In that case 40% registration fee will be refunded.
