The venue (KCIC) opens at 9am. The conference room is on the 6th floor. Please refrain from smoking inside.

To presenters

We only provide HDMI connection. Please bring your laptop and connect it to the HDMI cable. There are a few zoom attendees, and your talk will also be delivered to them.

To session chairs

Zoom sound is delivered to speakers in the conference room, and zoom participants may ask questions by voice during the Q&A time. There is a student helper watching Zoom. When they find Zoom attendees raising their hand, they will inform the session chair. It is probably best if you sit at the conference laptop (front row, stage right) while chairing.
