Registration scheme

Registration is on per-day basis (1-4 days). With rates similar to STAF 2023 und STAF 2024. The rates are going to be announced in early 2025.

Registration covers coffee breaks and lunches. Dinner tickets (12 June 2025) are going to be invoiced separately. Reception tickets (10 + 11 June 2025) are either going to be included with the registration or they are invoiced separately.

Applicable discounts:

• (PhD) Students versus others (PostDoc and faculty)
• ACM Members for the days of the SLE conference
• Early Bird Registration (Deadline: 10 May 2025)

Accommodation recommendations:

Early June is pre-season in Koblenz, which means Airbnb, booking.com, etc. will work pretty well. You are recommended to take a hotel in Koblenz city, as there are few options in close proximity to the university, but the campus is reachable by walking, public transport and taxi. We will list some recommended hotel options here well ahead of the early-bird registration deadline.
