Accommodation Support
Thanks to funding provided by the IEEE TCSE Diversity & Inclusion initiative, ICSME 2025 is pleased to offer up to three nights of complimentary accommodation to participants from low-income and lower-middle-income countries, as well as to participants from underrepresented groups. Specifically, the funding will meet the cost of accommodation for three nights, from September 9 to September 12.
Anyone who fits into one or more of the following categories may apply for this funding:
- participants located in low-income and lower-middle-income countries as identified by the World Bank List of Economies, or
- participants who identify as being a member of an underrepresented racial or ethnic group(s) in the place they work.
The funding and the number of rooms available are limited. We may offer shared or single rooms, depending on the number of applications received and the availability of rooms. To apply, please complete the following form anytime up until August 1st, 2025. Notifications will be sent by August 5th, 2025.
Please do not apply multiple times. Only one application per participant will be considered.
