Registration Update
Important Notice: All free registrations for SERI 2026 are now closed.
Registration is currently open only for Industry Day (18 July 2026) and only for Industry participants.
Students and Academic participants can no longer register for the event through the registration portal. Registrations for the Research & Academic Sessions (16–17 July 2026) and Full SERI 2026 passes are also closed.
Academic participants who still wish to attend may send a request to seri2026@iiit.ac.in, and the organizing committee will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Industry professionals who wish to attend the Industry Day may continue to register using the registration link below.
Types of Registration
You can select any of the following ways to register:
- Only First Two Days: Includes access to Research and Academic sessions (July 16 & 17, 2026).
- Only Industry Day: Includes access to the Industry Day sessions only (July 18, 2026).
- Full SERI 2026: Includes access to all sessions — Research, Academic, and Industry Day (July 16, 17 & 18, 2026).
Types of Participants
- Industry: Professionals working in industry or private organizations.
- Student: Currently enrolled Bachelor, Master, or PhD students. A valid Student ID must be uploaded at the time of registration.
- Academic: Faculty members, researchers, and postdoctoral researchers affiliated with academic institutions. Academic participants must use their official institutional email ID.
Registration Rules
- SERI 2026 will be an in-person event.
- At least one author of the accepted academic/industry talk must register and present the work during SERI 2026.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
In the case of cancellation of Industry Day registration, please note that NO REFUND will be given. Registrants who are unable to participate due to some unforeseen circumstances may transfer the registration to another person, but the conference committee cannot help you find an appropriate recipient. Transferring the registration to another person is free of charge. To place a transfer request, please contact seri2026@iiit.ac.in.

STEP 2 — Review & Confirm
After clicking “Next”, review all your entered information including the calculated registration fee.
- Click ← Back & Edit to return and correct any details
- Click Confirm & Proceed → to finalize registration
Industry Personnel will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete payment.
Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Please carry this confirmation when attending the conference.
