DOIs for ICGT and ECMFA have been added to individual papers in the programme. We’ll also add the TAP and (eventual) CEUR-WS / EPTCS workshop proceedings once they become available in the future.
Springer have now published the ICGT’23 proceedings as LNCS vol. 13961.
They are providing 4 weeks of free access to conference participants. This can be activated by clicking the link on the page below:

Looking forward to seeing you at ICGT!
Detailed instructions for presenters, participants (whether physically on-site or remote), and session chairs have been published on this page. Please be reassured that local volunteers (“hosts”) will be providing technical support in every session. Nonetheless, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or concerns.
The RMT union has announced three days of rail strike action in July. Two of these dates (Thursday 20th July, Saturday 22nd July) may affect STAF’23 participants who are planning to travel by train. In addition, the ASLEF union has announced “action short of a strike” (e.g. workers withdrawing from overtime) which may affect certain services during the week.
We advise participants to refer to the following announcement on the National Rail website:
It is also worth keeping an eye on the real-time journey planner which provides the latest timetable (i.e. it already accounts for train services affected by strikes).
Train companies operating in Leicester include East Midlands Railways and CrossCountry, but other London train services (e.g. Thameslink, Gatwick Express) may be required to reach the airports. Please refer to the links above for the latest status of these train services.
As an alternative to trains, participants can consider using National Express bus services. If booking such a service, note that it will be more convenient to arrive and depart in Leicester city centre (rather than Braunstone, where they often stop as well).
If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact the local organisation team and we will do our best to help ensure your journey to and from Leicester is a smooth one!
The ICGT’23 programme is now online – we are looking forward to seeing your talks in-person this July! Please be sure to register before the early-bird deadline (14th June) if you haven’t done so already.
The list of papers accepted at TAP23 is available here.
We are pleased to share that ICGT’23 has accepted 16 research papers and three journal-first presentations. Please remember to register for ICGT/STAF before the early-bird deadline of 14th June.
