MBA in Business Management from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2008). PhD candidate in Software Engineering at Cesar School (2027). I have been working as an IT manager for 28 years, leading teams, making decisions, managing systems and infrastructure projects, project management office - PMO, implementing innovative solutions and directing actions for best practices in the efficient use of IT.
