Bio:
Eduardo Figueiredo is an assistant professor and head of the Software Engineering Laboratory (LabSoft) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) since 2010. He received his PhD degree in Software Engineering from Lancaster University (UK) in 2009 and also holds MSc degree in Software Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), Brazil. Eduardo was a visiting researcher at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in 2017. His research interests include software modularity and reuse, software product lines, empirical software engineering, and software metrics.
