Bio:

Qusai Ramadan is currently a postdoctoral software engineer in the research group of Prof. Jan Jürjens at Koblenz University. His research focuses on software engineering in general and on model-security engineering in particular. In June 2020, Qusai Ramadan received his PhD in computer science from Koblenz-Landau University (Koblenz, Germany). In his Ph.D. thesis, Qusai Ramadan provides a novel model-based methodology to support: conflict detection between data protection requirements, traceability requirements, and fairness analysis in complex systems. Before, he was working as a research assistant in the same research group for the period between 2015 and 2019. From 2010-2012, Qusai Ramadan worked as a lecturer at Najran University (Saudi Arabia). In 2010, Qusai Ramadan received his MSc in IT from Utara University of Malaysia (Malaysia). He received his BSc in computer science from Al al-Bayt University (Jordan) in 2008.
