I am an Assistant Professor of Business Informatics at the Prague University of Economics and Business in the Czech Republic, specializing in Information Systems Development and Software Quality Management. In addition, I serve as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Behavioral Lab at the Department of Human Movement Studies at the University of Ostrava, where I contribute to a research project, led by Prof. Steriani Elavsky, focused on behavior change and the use of digital health technologies. I also bring over 10 years of industry experience in software quality management, which continues to inform my applied research and teaching. Grounded in these three areas, I position my work within the Human-Centered Computing domain, aiming to bridge and contribute to multiple research communities, such as digital health/health informatics, software engineering, and information systems analysis and design. As part of this effort, I recently completed a research stay at Uppsala University in Sweden with the HTO (Human, Technology & Organisation) research group, led by Prof. Åsa Cajander, which further enriched my interdisciplinary approach to studying software technology in health and organizational settings.
