Martin Kleppmann is a research associate at the University of Cambridge. He is the author of Designing Data-Intensive Applications (O’Reilly, 2017). Previously, he co-founded two startups, sold Rapportive to LinkedIn in 2012, and worked on large-scale stream processing at LinkedIn.
