Passionate about tech, education and managament, Lula is an influential member of the brazilian agile community, acting as volunteer and speaker in techonology and management conferences around the world. Have worked as software developer, consultant and teacher disseminating technology, managment and creative work best practices in several countries. He was CTO and Head of Pedagogy of 42 São Paulo, a impactful non-profit technology school part of the 42 Network (École 42), recognized as one of the ten most innovative universities in the world.

In 2023, he founded OBONOBO and Quilombo Flow, and today he provides consulting, training, and workshops on best practices in management, technology, and education, based on decolonial principles.
