Cancellation policy
The registration is binding and subject to the following terms.
The registration is valid only if the participation fees have been paid in full. ACM/IEEE member fees require a valid ACM and/or IEEE membership. Entering an invalid membership number will invalidate the registration and additional fees may be required to validate the registration. Cancellations must be communicated by email to the conference secretary. For cancellations made before September 24, 100% of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations made between September 25 and October 8, 50% of the fee will be refunded. No fees will be refunded for cancellations made after October 9. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all refunds. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference. If you are unable to attend, a substitute from your institute or organization may attend in your place, provided that a notification e-mail is sent to the conference secretary by October 16, subject to an extra charge of $50.
In the unlikely event that the organizers should have to cancel the conference, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference.
