The registration fee covers the entire three-day conference (all tracks, workshops, tutorials, etc.). There is no separate registration for a single day or a specific track.
Registration Instructions:
- At least one author of each research paper must register at a non-student (i.e., Academic or Professional) rate.
- Each Doctoral Symposium speaker must register at the non-student rate (i.e., full Academic rate).
- At least one proposer/organizer of workshop, tutorial and tech-briefing must register at a non-student rate.
- For each student poster, at least one presenter must register at a student rate.
- In case of data science challenge, all the team members must register separately at a student rate.
- Registrations will begin from January 5, 2026. The last date for all early bird author/proposer/presenter registrations mentioned above is 12 Feb 2026. For late registration, the last date to register is 21 February 2026.
- For each registrant who is presenting a paper at the research track or Doctoral Symposium track, or is organizing any workshop or tutorial, please provide the complete title of your paper/presentation/poster in the appropriate text box in the registration form.
- There is a registration fee waiver (50%) for the faculty members, research scholars, and students of IIS Educational Institutions.
- Bulk registration: If any organization is going to register in bulk, there is a provision of discount as follows :

Note: Only bonafide students can register at the student rate, and only bonafide University or College faculty or employees can register at the Academic rate.
