Registration Guidelines
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes.
Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

Every paper accepted at the conference/workshops needs an author registered with a regular (non-student) registration by the below deadlines. One registration covers one paper. Authors with one accepted paper in the main conference and one in the workshops can register with a Full Regular registration, which covers both papers.

VARIABILITY has two submission cycles:
First Submission Cycle
- Submission Deadline: 04 December 2025
- Notification of Acceptance/Revisions: 16 February 2026
- Camera-Ready Deadline of directly accepted papers: 01 April 2026
Second Submission Cycle
- Second Paper Submission Deadline: 02 April 2026
- Second Notification of Acceptance: 01 June 2026
- Camera-Ready Deadline of accepted revised papers and directly accepted papers: 15 July 2026
