During the registration process, you will first be asked to fill in a short webform to gather information required for the conference, and then you will be redirected to an online store to select the events to register for and provide payment. In the store, you can register for several events, but you have to add the events to your basket one at a time. If you have already filled out the webform and entered your information, but have not yet completed the payment, you can go directly to this page. A few observations about the online store part (in case these issues are not resolved by the time that you register):
- The order of the events may not be identical to that shown on the website and if not then you may have to search through the list to find the correct entries.
- After adding an event, to navigate directly back to the event selection page from the shopping basket a trick is to click on any item in the basket to return directly to the conference event page. Otherwise, if you click continue shopping, you may return to the main University store and so have to navigate back to the correct page via clicking Events at Liverpool, under Conferences & Events header, then clicking IEEE Symposium on VLHCC 24, under Computer Science header.
- The Graduate Consortium, workshop, and tutorial will be held on Monday 2nd September. The main conference will be held from Tuesday 3rd September until Thursday 5th September. PPIG will be held from Thursday 5th September until Friday 6th September.
- All fees listed are in GBP.
- A Visa invitation letter may be requested during the registration process, or by contacting the general chair Andrew Fish Andrew.Fish@liverpool.ac.uk.
- An extra VLHCC conference dinner ticket for an accompanying person can be purchased for £100.
- If you need advice on childcare you can contact local chair Alexei Lisitsa <A.Lisitsa@csc.liv.ac.uk>
