MBSE accelerated: SysML v2-based comprehensive toolset for safety analysis, requirements verification, trade studies with multi-physics simulation and embedded SW development
Model-based systems engineering embraces many disciplines, each well supported by dedicated tools, but often disconnected, not relying on an “authoritative source of truth”. New standard and technology trends such as web-based interfaces and collaborative editing are emerging. This presentation will highlight Ansys proposal for a comprehensive toolset for safety analysis, requirements verification and exploration of the design space by trade studies with multi-disciplinary analysis including high fidelity 3D physics simulation, and embedded software development, all connected to a modern SysML v2 modeler.
Thierry Le Sergent is Product Manager for Ansys’s SCADE. His focus is on model-based system & software engineering tools for the development of critical embedded systems. Thierry Le Sergent got his PhD in computer science from “LAAS-CNRS” in 1993. He has more than 25 years of experience in the methods and tools development for Software Engineering at Verilog, Telelogic, Esterel Technologies and Ansys as R&D project manager then product manager for the flagship SCADE Suite product. In 2011, he launched the SCADE Architect product line, extending the scope of this SysML tool to the support of Avionics Interfaces, the AUTOSAR , FACE and the AADL standards.
