I have been a professor of business informatics and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Institute for Production Management, since 1993. When I joined WU in 1993, I established the ERP systems program. Subsequently, I was involved in founding the WU Data Science program, the WU International Supply Chain Master’s program, the WU Research Institute for Supply Chain Management, and the WU Executive Academy MBA program on Digital Transformation and Data Science.
