Tapajit Dey is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Lero, the Science Foundation Ireland Research Centre for Software, working with Prof. Brian Fitzgerald. He finished his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee with Dr. Audris Mockus. His research interests include Open Source and InnerSource development, empirical software engineering, mining software repositories, and data analytics. He received his Bachelors and Masters Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, and worked in IBM for 3 years before joining his Ph.D.
