Dennis is a software developer and coach at MSWX Software Experts and has decades of Bell Labs experience in software practices applied to telecom. He is especially interested in “soft” issues in software engineering: teamwork, collaboration, design brainstorming, refactoring, diverse teams, agility, critical thinking skills, and continuing education. He believes the most effective teams are composed of lifelong learners, not arrogant superstars. Dennis holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
