Registration Requirements

Author Registration — Required for Publication

To ensure that an accepted paper is included in the conference proceedings, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration by the applicable Author Registration Deadline below:

  • Technical, ERA, and SEIP Tracks: October 9, 2026 (AoE)
  • Tool Demo and Poster: October 22, 2026 (AoE)
  • Doctoral Symposium Tracks: October 27, 2026 (AoE)

For Technical, ERA, SEIP, Tool Demo, Poster, and Doctoral Symposium papers, the registering author must register at the Professional rate under either Conference Only (Main Conference) or Full Pass.

For accepted Workshop papers, at least one author per accepted paper must register at the Professional rate under Workshop Only, Conference Only (Main Conference), or Full Pass by:

  • Workshop Papers: November 12, 2026 (AoE)

Important: The author registration deadlines above are publication deadlines and take precedence over the general Early/Late Registration periods shown in the fee table below. Authors registering a paper for inclusion in the proceedings must not use the general registration dates below as their author registration deadlines.

Registration Fees

Important: The Early, Late, and On-site Registration dates in the table below apply to general participants. They do not replace or extend the Author Registration Deadlines stated above.

Authors registering an accepted paper for publication must complete the required Professional registration by their respective Author Registration Deadline.

Currency Note: Approximate IDR values are calculated using the rate USD 1 ≈ Rp. 18,000. Final payment may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Invitation Letter & Receipt

  • The General Invitation Letter and Receipt for internal processes will be sent via email after the registration payment is completed.
  • International participants traveling to Bali, Indonesia, are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa. Passport holders from ASEAN countries are exempt from visa requirements. If some specific information are required in the invitation letter, please contact iro.filkom@ub.ac.id.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to iro.filkom@ub.ac.id by November 16, 2026 (AoE).
  • An administrative fee of USD 55 (Rp. 990.000) will be deducted from each refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 weeks after the conference concludes.
  • No refunds will be provided after November 16, 2026 (AoE).
