Accommodation
To make your visit as convenient as possible we highly recommend staying right at the popular seaside conference venue, Clarion Helsinki. We have booked a quota of rooms at the Clarion Hotel Helsinki from September 18 to 25.
As Helsinki hotels are in high demand in September, we strongly recommend early reservation. Guests must reserve and pay for their own accommodation and the room account is settled directly at the hotel prior to departure.
All rooms are comfortable standard category and the rates include breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, guest sauna and VAT. We reserve the right to change the rates.
The rooms can be booked by email. The quotas and prices are valid until August 15 August 30.

Each guest reserves and pays for their own accommodation and the room account is settled directly at the hotel prior to departure.
Each individual reservation can be cancelled free of charge latest 16:00 (local hotel time) on the day of arrival. Late cancellations or no-show reservations will be charged to the credit card guaranteeing each reservation.
