On-site accessibility (mobility and other needs)
The conference will take place in a modern building at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. The venue is wheelchair friendly and equipped with lifts and escalators.
BY AIR
The campus is easy to reach from the airport. There is a direct train connection from the airport to Amsterdam Zuid station, with a travel time of approximately 10–15 minutes. From the station, the campus is about a 10-minute walk.
BY TRAIN
Travelers arriving by train should get off at Amsterdam Zuid / WTC station. From there, the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam campus is about a 10-minute walk. For the most up-to-date routes, platforms, and any service disruptions, check NS Journey Planner (ns.nl) or 9292 (9292.nl).
BY CAR
There is a large parking facility located under the building (Parking P3), providing convenient access for those arriving by car.
