Registration
Registration and payments for the PROFES 2024 conference should be completed via the online registration system. Registration is required for all persons attending the conference.
A link to online registration will be available by the end of August 2024.
Authors of accepted papers are required to register before October 15th, 2024.

Each full or short paper must have a unique registered presenter. This policy applies also to workshops and the Doctoral Symposium
A Full Conference registration includes:
- Access to all sessions of the conference - 02-04 December, 2024
- Reception (02 December, 2024)
- Conference dinner (03 December, 2024)
- Tea/coffee breaks and lunches
A Monday (only) registration includes:
- Access to all sessions of the conference on Monday, 02 December, 2024
- Tea/coffee breaks and lunches
Please note that the fee does NOT include travel insurance or accommodation.
Payment
Full information will be provided, once the registration link is active.
Cancellation policy
The registration is binding. Cancellations with requests for refunds must be received in writing. A EUR 50 processing fee will be applied to the refund requests. The refund request will be evaluated on case-to-case basis. Right to decision about refund remains with the organisation committee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after October 15, 2024 nor will they be given for failure to attend any part of the registration package. Refunds will beprocessed after the event. Please contact the secretariat at email profes2024@easychair.org regarding all cancellations or changes in participation.
Please note that PROFES 2024 does not accept any responsibility for any financial loss relating to inability of an individual to obtain the requisite travel documents.
