Acceptance/Invitation Letter

Q: I, and my co-author, would require an official acceptance/invitationletter from the conference organizers to initiate our visa application.

A: Once participants register an automatic invitation letter for visa will be generated.

Visa Application Process

Q: Kindly guide me through the recommended process for obtaining the visa, including any specific documents, formats, or timelines that the conference recommends.

A: Unfortunately, we cannot do anything regarding visa applications. Please contact the USA embassy website in your country.

Funding and Sponsorship

Q: Could you please share if there are any travel, accommodation, or conference registration funding/sponsorship opportunities available for poster presenters?

A: Unfortunately, there is no sponsorship. Your institute or you will be responsible for the funds.

Travel Arrangements

Q: Are there any conference-preferred travel partners or discounted flight booking options available for participants? If so, could you please share the details?

A: We only have hotel booking partners. Please check the website for the hotels.
