I am Potito Aghilar, and I have a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bari. Since 2019, I have been part of the Wideverse team, a university spin-off that works with cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality. My main responsibilities involve designing, implementing, and managing cloud architectures with hardware acceleration through GPUs. Additionally, through a collaboration with SisInfLab at the Polytechnic University of Bari, I have embarked on an industrial research path related to the reconstruction and generation of 3D models for various sectors such as retail, tourism, education, and real estate.
