I am a professor at the Computer Science Department at Reykjavik University. My main research focus for the last two decades has been studying evaluation of user interfaces, especially user centred evaluation where users co-operate in the evaluation. Furthermore, I have focused on researching user centred design activities and the process of making the software easy to use for users. For more than 10 years I have been studying the integration of user centred design activities and agile software development processes. I have focused on how practitioners integrate the user perspective in their work, especially studying Scrum and Kanban projects.
