Dr. Kla Tantithamthavorn (Member, IEEE) is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University, Australia. The excellence of my research is evidenced by over 5,000 citations (h-index 33, i10-index 56), 70+ publications in top-tier journals and conferences (15 publications with 100+ citations). I also received many prestigious fellowships and awards, including ARC DECRA, JSPS Fellowship, ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper/Reviewer Award, and 2024 Dean’s Award for Excellence in Research Engagement and Impact. I have made seminal contributions to the area of AI for Software Engineering, inventing novel tools and techniques (e.g., AIBugHunter, LineVul, VulRepair, VulExplainer, A3Test, GPT2SP, DeepLineDP, JITLine), making them to be more practical, explainable, and actionable. So far, these tools and techniques have helped software engineers to discover vulnerabilities faster, protecting cyber attacks from national and international cyberinfrastructure.
