Research Posters Track

Call for Posters

Submissions by Invitation Only

The ASE 2024 Posters Track is by invitation only. There is no open call for poster submissions. Some of the submissions to the Technical Track, Industry Showcase, and NIER Track will be invited by the chairs for poster presentations.

The authors of an invited poster need to submit a 2-page extended abstract which summarizes:

  • the problem addressed by the work presented in the poster;
  • the approach taken by the authors; and
  • the main results achieved so far.

All submissions must be written in English, be in PDF format, and conform, at time of submission, to the ACM Proceedings Template: https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template. LaTeX users must use the \documentclass[sigconf,review]{acmart} option. Submissions must not exceed 2 pages for the main text, including all figures, tables, appendices, etc. Up to one additional page containing ONLY references is permitted. Submissions that do not adhere to these limits or that violate the formatting guidelines will be desk-rejected without review.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically at the submission site https://ase2024-posters.hotcrp.com/ by the submission deadline (see the important dates below) Unlike the other tracks, the Posters Track does not follow the double-anonymous review process.

At least one author of each accepted poster is required to register for the ASE 2024 conference and to present the poster. Each accepted poster will be presented during the main conference as part of an interactive poster session, where presenters and participants are encouraged to have a lively discussion about the work.

Poster Preparation

The recommendation for the poster size is A0, i.e., 118 cm high x 84 cm long.
