Instructions for Authors
Each workshop paper must be covered by a registered author at non-student rate.
Workshop author registration should be completed by July 18th – at the very latest by July 21th – to ensure inclusion of the paper in the proceedings. There are two ways to cover one workshop paper: (1) Registration for the day of that workshop or (2) Full Package. Please note that only ONE workshop paper is included in the Full Package. Please check the rules below before registration!
Author Registration Policy
All papers must be covered by registrations. Every accepted submission to RE’23 (including all workshops) must be covered by a registration at non-student rates:
- A “Full Package” registration (Monday-Friday) covers one accepted conference paper in any of these tracks: Research Track, Industrial Innovation Track, RE@Next Track, Journal First Track, or Posters and Tool Demos Track and up to one accepted paper in workshops or the Doctoral Symposium.
- A “Main Conference” registration (Wednesday-Friday) covers one accepted conference paper in any of these tracks: Research Track, Industrial Innovation Track, RE@Next Track, Journal First Track, or Posters and Tool Demos Track
- A “Monday only” registration covers one accepted paper either in a workshop on Monday or in the Doctoral Symposium.
- A “Tuesday only” registration covers one accepted paper in a workshop on Tuesday.
Authors of two or more papers in Workshops or Doctoral Symposium need to cover all papers by non-student registrations; either through two or more registrations for the respective workshop days (Monday, Tuesday), or by a Full Package.
