Accomodation

The conference takes place at Leibniz University Hannover, Welfengarten 1. There are several hotels nearby. There are no dedicated contigents for the conference. Just contact the hotel and book the room yourself.

We have now received a block of rooms in three hotels that can be booked via this link. The hotels are numbers 14, 15, and 16 in the table below. The City Hotel is located close to the train station in the center of the city. The RE’23 venue can be reached via public transportation in approx. 10-15 min. The Hotel in Herrenhausen is at a similar distance (10-15min via public transport) from RE’23, but in the opposite direction. B&B is a larger hotel that probably has more vacant rooms, but is not so close: 20min on foot or by public transport.

Please note that it is not difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel in Hannover. If you cannot get one from this block of rooms, never mind. These hotels may still have rooms available when the block has been booked. You may call them directly, or find a hotel through the usual portals.

The following list is ordered by the distance to the conference venue (hotels that have an RE’23 contingent are marked with an asterisk (*) and are presented in the very end of the table). The prices are from April 2023 and may be subject to changes.
