Participants can now download their participation letter when loging in to the conference registration system. You find it under the term “Confirmation Letter”.

Acceptance of a any paper implies that one of the authors must attend and present the paper at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the conference program and proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, deducting a processing fee of 50,00 EUR will be given for cancellations until 05.08.2023. No refund will be given for cancellations after this date.
