• Author Registration Deadline: June 30, 2026
• Early Registration Deadline for non-Authors: July 15, 2026

Author Registration Policy:

• Each accepted submission must be presented in person by a co-author at the conference.
• Authors of conference papers (Research Track, Industry Track, RE@Next), Journal First papers, Posters/Tool Demo, Artifacts and Doctoral Symposium are required to register by 30th June 2026, 23:59 (GMT).
• Each full conference registration covers up to a total of two papers in any track or workshop.
• Each main conference registration covers up to a total of one paper in any track of the main conference (Wed-Fri), but not in workshops.
• Each Monday-only or Tuesday-only registration is valid for one paper at a workshop during the registered day. Authors can attend any of the other events during the same day.
• Each paper (Research, Industry, Re@Next, Journal First), Poster/Tool Demo, Workshop must be covered by at least one of the authors registering at the non-student rate.
• As the only two contribution types, doctoral symposium papers and student posters can be covered by student registrations.

Registration Fees:

Early Registration ends 15th July 2026, 23:59 GMT
Late Registration fees will apply after this date.

All registration fees are in US Dollars (USD) including VAT.

Cancellation Policy

• Requests for cancellation received on or before June 15th, 2026, 23:59 (GMT) will receive a 100% refund, after which requests received on or before July 15th, 2026, 23:59 (GMT) will receive a 50% refund. After July 15th, 2026, 23:59 (GMT), registration is non-refundable.
