- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the REGULAR FULL PASS registration and pay the registration fee by October 20, 2024 (Beijing Time)

1. After the remittance, please send a screenshot of the mobile bank transfer/online bank transfer screenshot/counter remittance document to the email: caiwu@baibuhz.com. We will respond to you as soon as we receive the payment.
2. In order to facilitate reimbursement, we will provide proof that Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the conference company of the APSEC2024 conference, and the APSEC2024 registration fee is remitted to the account.

Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made before November 3, 2024 will result in a full refund less $100 to cover administration costs.
