As with most human activities, an in-person scientific conference can negatively impact the environment, given that air travel represents by far the biggest cause of environmental impact. This page aims to explain what actions we endorsed to make ECSA 2024 more sustainable.

ECSA 2024 is held in Luxembourg city, which is well-located in the center of Europe. Considering that most participants are from European countries, the negative environmental impact with air travel could be reduced by being possible or opting for ground travel.
