1. ICT4S 2022 Event Format
- ICT4S 2022 will be a hybrid conference with the following program elements:
- Main Conference
- Workshops
- Doctoral Symposium
- Most of the events have the option of in-person and virtual registration.
- We note that the Doctoral Symposium is a strictly in-presence event and one whose participation is limited to students with an accepted submission.
- We also note that one of workshop allows for virtual registration only (Workshop on Leveraging the Agile Manifesto to reduce our Carbon footprint).
2. Registration
Use the Congress Management and Events Ltd. registration site to register for the virtual and in-person versions of the main conference and co-located workshops.

- Early registration deadline: May 15th, 2022. All subsequent in-person registrations are ‘late’.

2-1. Cancellation and Change Policy
Changing from in-person to virtual registration or cancellation of registration on or before May 22nd, 2022, entitles the registrant to a refund, minus the processing fees. No refunds will be given after May 22, 2022.
Changing from virtual to in-person registration up through June 9, 2022 can be done through paying the difference in registration costs and additional bank fee.
All requests for registration changes or cancellations must be submitted to mira@cmebg.com.
2-2. Late Registrations
For those registering after June 12 receiving the e-mail with virtual access information could take up to a full working day depending on your time zone. If you do not receive such e-mail after 24 working hours of your registration, do not hesitate to ask us via: eledel@uni-plovdiv.bg.
2-3. Student Registration
Student registration fee is paid when the participant or presenter in ICT4S is bachelor, master or PhD student.

Early Registration rates end 15 May 2022. All rates listed are in Euro. All deadlines are at 11:59 PM EET on the stated date.

The fees include the following participation:
Main conference with a paper in the Research track – participation in all Main conference events (3 days), including IEEE publication fee, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and banquet, conference materials
Main conference – participation in all Main conference events (3 days), including coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and banquet, conference materials
Full Day Workshop – participation in 1 full-day workshop, including coffee breaks, lunch, conference materials
The Full Day Workshops are:
- 2022 Workshop on Resource AWareness of Systems and Society (RAW)
- SusTrainable Workshop
- Doctoral Symposium - only for students with an accepted submission
Participation fees for RAW Workshop include lunch and dinner.
Half Day Workshop – participation in half-day workshop, including coffee break, lunch, conference materials
The Half Day Workshops is:
- Fourth International Workshop on Computing+Sustainability+Education* (ICT4SEdu 2022)
Virtual participation with a paper in the Research track – participation in all conference events (5 days), including IEEE publication fee
By all conference events we mean:
- Main conference events

Virtual participation in all workshops – participation in all events outside the Main conference
All the workshops are:

Additional publication fee – for each additional paper the participant is going to present at the Research Track
Additional tickets for Welcome Reception and Banquet are paid for accompanying persons not participating in the conference
