Conference Rate Accommodation
UCD offers a special rate of €129.00 Room Only per night per room on campus. The accommodation is located a short walk from the conference venue.
Each single ensuite bedroom is furnished with a study area with ample storage space. The Village Rooms offers a shared living experience, with each guest having their own single ensuite bedroom with access to a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen and living areas in each apartment are shared between 4-8 guests per apartment. Linen and towels are provided on arrival, please note no toiletries are provided but available for purchase on campus.

The agreed rate is applicable over the 9th - 13th June 2025, with a limited number of rooms available on the 8th June and 13th June. The special rate is available to be booked up until the 14th April 2025.
Additional Accomodation Options
As hotels in Dublin in June are generally not cheap, here are some alternative suggestions particularly for students looking for "Cheap" accommodation.
There are several Hostel accommodations available in Dublin through Booking.com. In June, the prices per night range from €30-€100/night.
At the cheaper end of this range be aware that accommodation may be a bunk-bed in a mixed dormitory of 10 or more individuals. Privacy and security may be an issue for some individuals in such circumstances.
An alternative in Dublin, which circumvents some of these concerns are Bed and Breakfast or Guest House accommodation where guests are afforded a private bedroom with a shower/bath and breakfast. Typically, it is a much cheaper option than hotels and comparable to hostel costs at the upper end of the market €80/night. These are best found by simply searching for "Bed and Breakfast Dublin" or "Guest House Dublin" in Google or other search engine.
Premier Inn and Travelodge also offer good deals.
UCD is in Dublin 4, on the south side of the city, so try and get accommodation near this area. There is an excellent bus service to UCD from the city centre as well.
