Registration
Please read the following before proceeding to the registration system. Note that the satellite events of the conference start on Friday, no event is scheduled over the weekend. Events resume on Monday until Friday evening.
Registration period
The registration page will remain open until October 23rd. However, to enable event organizers monitor and control attendance, a late registration fee will be applied from October 1st.
Registration fees
The registration fee includes attendance of all sessions of the conference and full participation in any interactive events (chats, question and answer, social events, and so forth). Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Please note that prices do NOT include VAT. VAT is added before checkout depending on your residence.

If you are a speaker for a main paper, select this product. Otherwise, if you are a speaker for a satellite paper, select that product. If you are a speaker for both main and satellite papers, select speaker for a main paper. Otherwise, select participant.
Please allow some processing time after you register as we have to manually set your account in the virtual conference platform.
Payment Method
The only payment method accepted is by credit card. The online system uses secure encryption to protect your card and personal details. Note that in order to secure online payments, your bank may ask you for personal information or a security code that you will receive by phone or email.
Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel your registration until October 1st. To do so, please contact the general chairs. After October 1st, cancellations are not refundable.
Due to the changes in registration processes and fees that MODELS 2020 has been forced to implement, and due to the complexities involved in handling these, it is possible that despite all of our efforts made to test the registration system, errors may occur in the online processing of registration refunds. If you believe that some error has occurred in processing your registration or any refunds that you are due, please contact the general chairs of the conference, and we will make every attempt to correct any errors.
