IMPORTANT NOTE: Every accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one Main Conference registration, either in the “IEEE/ACM Member” or “Non-Member” category. For workshop speakers on Oct 12 or 16, a registration for the respective workshop day will count as the required author registration. Student rate registrations cannot cover a paper. One full (non-student) registration can cover multiple contributions to the conference.

Regardless of the registrant’s student status, all author registration must be completed under the regular (non-student) category for their paper to be included in the proceedings and presented on site.

ATTENTION: There currently exists a problem with the system and ACM student members cannot register as professional members to fulfill the above requirements. To work around this, we have created extra admission items for ACM student members that start with the prefix “Non-Student Rate”. If you want to cover a contribution with your registration despite being an ACM student member, please pick the desired item from that list and enter the contribution IDs to cover with the registration.

Please note that the Doctoral Symposium, the Student Research Competition, and the New Faculty Symposium will take on the pre-conference workshop day. Registering for the workshop day is sufficient to participate in these events. In case you want to attend any of these events and the main conference, you can use the following discount codes to register for the main conference and the workshop day while only paying the main conference registration fee:
