Abstract

This poster paper explores the dynamics of global software engineering (GSE) projects, focusing on project management strategies in distributed settings involving teams from Germany, Indonesia, and Japan. Additionally, the paper provides an overview of the course organization in which the collaborative project was carried out. This study also highlights the students’ experience throughout the projects. The experience is conveyed through the difficulties encountered during the project phase and the resulting solutions that arise from these challenges.
