We are pleased to announce that ASE 2026 will provide travel support for attending the conference, thanks to ACM SIGSOFT and ACM SIGAI . Due to the different requirements and timelines for the offered travel support programs, we provide two individual application forms. The eligibility criteria are outlined in the forms. Please feel free to apply for both programs if eligible. You can only receive support from one program, but applying for both increases your chances of receiving any support.
ACM SIGSOFT

- Attention: Requires a recommendation letter from your academic supervisor (if you’re in graduate school) or a faculty member (if you’re an undergraduate)

- Please note that the application deadline coincides with the early registration deadline. Every travel support applicant will be able to register at the early registration rates for two weeks after the SIGAI travel support notification, even though the early registration deadline has passed. This rate will be offered to applicants irrespective of the decision regarding their application.
