Presentation Proposal for: Finding Information Leaks with Information Flow Fuzzing
This is a presentation proposal for our ACM TOSEM paper, “Finding Information Leaks with Information Flow Fuzzing”. Our paper introduces a novel approach to effectively identifying information leaks using information flow fuzzing. It thus serves as a counterpart to traditional taint tracking and opens up new possibilities for the software engineering (SE) community to detect information leaks.
The paper was accepted on December 17, 2024, and is authored by Bernd Gruner, Clemens-Alexander Brust and Andreas Zeller. All data and scripts are publicly available on GitLab and are documented in the corresponding Replicated Computational Results (RCR) Report.

Cosmos 3C is the third room in the Cosmos 3 wing.
When facing the main Cosmos Hall, access to the Cosmos 3 wing is on the left, close to the stairs. The area is accessed through a large door with the number “3”, which will stay open during the event.
