Dr. Diptikalyan Saha is a Senior Technical Staff Member and Master Inventor at IBM Research, India, where he leads research at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering, making significant contributions to IBM products in these areas. His current focus is on integrating Generative AI into the DevOps lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on AI Agents and IBM’s Z Platform. In his earlier work, Dipti made notable contributions to the fields of Trustworthy AI and Reliable Software Engineering. Dipti earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2006. Previously, he served as Program Co-Chair for major conferences, including FSE and ISEC. Additionally, Dipti chaired the committee responsible for developing India’s AI Fairness Standard.
