Name:Zhiyong Huang

Bio:

Zhiyong is an Associate Professor, Director (C-TReND), and Academic Director of the MSc (Artificial Intelligence & Innovation). He is also a Senior Principal Investigator at the NUS Chongqing Research Institute. He previously served as Assistant Dean (Industry Relations) and Deputy Director (NUS BAC).

He had been working as a Senior Scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research, A*STAR since 2007, where he held various roles, including Senior Manager, Strategic Capability Development and Industry Development; Co-Principal Investigator, SERC Industrial Robotics Programme; Department Head, Computer Graphics and Interface; and Programme Manager of the SERC Human Factor Engineering initiative.

Zhiyong is a Senior Member of ACM and IEEE, and a Pioneer Member of ACM SIGGRAPH.
