Jil works as a professor for software engineering and data science at the University of Applied Sciences | FHDW Hannover. Before, she was post-doctoral researcher and lecturer at the Software Engineering Group at Leibniz Universität Hannover. Her research concentrates on agile and hybrid software development processes, human factors within the development process, and the relevance of social aspects and interactions for a satisfying team work.
