To be included in the proceedings, each accepted paper in EASE main conference must be covered by a unique registration at the EASE Main Conference full rate by the deadline for the camera-ready submission and be presented during the conference. Each accepted paper in a workshop must be covered by a unique EASE workshop registration at full rate by the deadline for the camera-ready submission and be presented during the conference. Doctoral symposium papers can be covered by a registration at EASE main conference at student rate. We will follow a strict no-show policy and exclude papers not presented (physically) at the conference from the proceedings.
