Swimming – Tuesday, 9 June
On Tuesday afternoon, we’ll take a refreshing group swim in the outdoor swimming pool of Marzili (just 5 minutes away from the conference venue). Free showers and changing rooms are available. Simply bring your swimwear and a towel to the conference on Tuesday—no pre-registration required. The exact meeting point and time will be shared closer to the event. Please be aware that participation is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring you possess the required swimming abilities.
Conference Dinner – Wednesday, 10 June
On Wednesday evening, we’ll gather for the conference dinner at Restaurant Dampfzentrale, just a 5-minute walk from the main venue. This riverside restaurant offers beautiful garden seating right by the River Aare—perfect for a memorable evening. A special highlight of the evening will be a traditional performance by alphorn players (Alphorntrio Gümligental), adding a unique Swiss touch to the atmosphere. The dinner is included in the Full Conference Pass and can also be added to the Wednesday Day Pass. Additional guest tickets can be booked in the registration system if you’d like to bring a plus one.
